# Bot protection

Status: in development (Planned Q3 2027)

Bot protection will protect your own site from scrapers and spam while always allowing verified search crawlers. It is in development.

- **Verified crawler allowlist**: Googlebot, Bingbot and AI search crawlers are verified and never challenged.
- **Rules**: Rate limits and challenges by path, country or behaviour.
- **Branded challenge page**: Your logo and colours when a visitor is checked.
