Clicks and quotas
What counts as a SERP click?
A SERP click is one completed run: a real browser searches your keyword on Google, finds your listing, clicks it and stays on your site for the dwell time you set. Only completed runs count against your daily quota.
What happens if my listing isn't found?
The run is logged as not found, with the pages it searched, and the reservation is released. It doesn't use any of your quota, so you never pay for a miss.
Can I change the daily volume per keyword?
Yes. Each search term has its own target clicks per day. The scheduler spreads the total across your site's active hours and never schedules beyond your plan's daily limit.
Do unused clicks roll over?
Not at the moment. Daily quotas reset at midnight in your site's time zone. We are looking at rollover for annual plans.
Rankings and results
Will this get me to position one?
We can't promise a ranking. Click-through is one signal among many, and results depend on your content, competition and links. We show every run and your position history so you can judge the effect for yourself.
How long before I see movement?
Most customers watch two to four weeks of position history before drawing conclusions. Start with a few keywords where you already rank on page one or two.
Is this against Google's guidelines?
Google's spam policies say automated queries and clicks shouldn't be used to manipulate rankings. You should weigh that risk before using SERP clicks on an important domain. We publish this plainly because you deserve to know it.
How it runs
What kind of browser runs the search?
A full, real browser session, using the device type and location you choose. It searches, scrolls, clicks your result and browses your pages like a person would.
What if Google shows a challenge?
The run stops and is logged as blocked. We don't solve CAPTCHAs, spoof fingerprints or rotate proxies to get around checks. Blocked runs are free.
Will these visits pollute my analytics?
They can show up in third-party analytics. Our own Analytics module excludes visits matched to your Serpfull runs automatically, and run logs include timestamps so you can filter them elsewhere.
Billing and plans
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are per website per month in GBP, from £19 for 25 clicks a day. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans start at £19 a month for one website, you pay when you subscribe, and you can cancel any time from Billing. Failed or blocked runs never count against your quota.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, entered on our own checkout page and processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Still deciding?
Which modules are available today?
SERP clicks, Competitors, Backlink exchange (an opt-in partner network of visible, sponsored links), SEO audit (page audits with scores, history and competitor comparison), Analytics (cookieless visitor analytics with sessions, goals, funnels and page speed) and website management are live. Rank AI, Recordings, Cookie consent, Uptime, Domain monitor, Bot protection, Workflows and Emails are in development and aren't sold yet.
Do you offer agency pricing?
Each site has its own plan, so agencies only pay for what they run. Contact us if you manage five or more sites.
