Run outcomes explained

What each run status means and which ones count against your quota.

  • completed: your listing was found and clicked, and the visit finished. Counts towards the daily allowance.
  • not_found: you weren't in the top 4 results pages for that search. Counts towards the daily allowance, and 3 in a row pause the term.
  • blocked_by_target: the search engine showed a challenge. We stop; we never try to get around it.
  • site_unreachable: the click didn't land on your website.
  • timeout / navigation_error: the page didn't load in time.
  • provider_unavailable / provider_error: our browser provider had a problem. The run is retried automatically.
