Cancel or change a plan
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel a website's plan from Billing.
Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period. Searches keep running until then, and you keep access to your run history.
Upgrading
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Extra clicks pack
In Billing, choose Change clicks to add, switch or remove the extra pack. Both directions are prorated: a bigger pack is charged now for the rest of the period; a smaller pack, or removing it, leaves a credit on your next invoice. To move to a smaller pack, first lower your search terms' clicks a day to fit.
