Analytics FAQ
Do I need a cookie banner for it?
The script sets no cookies and stores nothing that follows a visitor between tabs or days. It keeps a random visit id in the browser tab, cleared when the tab closes. Many sites run it without consent, but check the rules where you operate. You can add data-respect-dnt to skip visitors who ask not to be tracked.
How do I install it?
Copy the one-line snippet from Analytics in your dashboard into the head of every page, then press Check installation. Single-page apps are tracked automatically.
Are my Serpfull click runs counted?
No. Visits that match your own SERP click runs are excluded from your visitor totals by default.
What happens if I go over my pageviews?
Nothing breaks and nothing is dropped. We alert you at 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance, and suggest an upgrade if it keeps happening.
How long is data kept?
It depends on your website’s plan, as shown in the table on this page.
Are bots counted?
No. Known crawlers, automation tools and headless browsers are filtered out in the script and again on our servers.
Does Analytics cost extra?
No. It’s included on every plan for verified websites.
