Acceptable use policy
The rules for using Serpfull fairly, lawfully and safely. They form part of our terms of service.
Effective
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of our Terms of service. If you break it we may remove content, pause runs or features, or suspend or close your account.
2. Only your own websites
- Only add websites, domains, business profiles and pages you own or are authorised by the owner to use with each module.
- Don’t use SERP clicks, Local Business or AI Overview to visit, click or send traffic to anyone else’s website, listing or ads, to drain a competitor’s ad budget or to harm another business.
- Don’t use uptime monitors, audits, crawls, DNS checks or bot protection checks to load-test, scan or attack systems you don’t control.
3. Search runs
- Don’t try to make runs get past search engine challenges, CAPTCHAs or verification checks, or ask us to.
- Don’t use runs to click on paid adverts, generate fake reviews, fake calls or direction requests, or mislead any search engine’s advertising systems.
- Don’t add business profiles that are fake, that you don’t represent, or that break the rules of the platform they’re on.
- Respect the policies of the search engines and platforms you use. We don’t guarantee rankings, and you’re responsible for your search strategy.
4. Prohibited content and activities
Don’t use the Service with websites, status pages, reports, messages or content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, including phishing, scams, counterfeit goods and pirated content;

5. Visitor privacy

- Don’t switch off masking or configure recordings to capture passwords, payment card data, health or other special category data, or data about children.
- Don’t use our tools to identify individual visitors or combine our data with other data to do so, except as the law allows and your privacy notice explains.
6. Emails, WhatsApp and webhooks

7. Backlink exchange
Show the “Partners” block exactly as provided: visible to everyone, the same for people and crawlers, with the rel attribute and brand or domain anchors we set. Don’t hide, cloak or alter it, sell or buy places in it, or join with websites created only to exchange links.
8. Protecting the Service
- Don’t probe, scan or test the Service’s security except through a responsible disclosure to support@serpfull.com.
- Don’t get around plan limits, quotas or rate limits, share accounts or API keys outside your organisation, or create multiple accounts or trials to avoid paying.
- Don’t scrape the Service, overload it, or use it or its output to build a competing product.
- Don’t use the AI assistant or AI connector to try to access other customers’ data or to produce content that breaks this policy.
