In short

Uptime checks your website, certificate, domain, ports and scheduled jobs, alerts your team when something fails, and publishes a branded status page with 90-day history.

Features

Inside Uptime

Six ways to monitor

Pages with an expected status code, a word that must (or mustn't) appear, SSL certificate and domain expiry, server ports, and heartbeats for cron jobs and backups.

No false alarms

Every failure is checked again straight away before an incident opens. Choose how many failures in a row to wait for and a cooldown so alerts never pile up.

Alerts where you work

The notification bell, email to your team, signed webhooks and chat-ready webhooks, with a recovery notice the moment you're back up.

A status page in your brand

Import your colours from your website, pick from 30 fonts served from our own servers, add your logo, favicon and links, choose light or dark and preview it live.

Incidents and maintenance

Incidents open and close on their own with a timeline. Post updates, schedule maintenance to pause alerts, and let visitors subscribe by email.

Tied to your traffic

Outages are marked on your Analytics chart and an Uptime section drops into client reports.

Questions

Uptime FAQ

How often are sites checked?

As often as every 15 minutes on Starter, 5 on Growth, 3 on Scale and every minute on Pro, Business and Enterprise. SSL certificates are checked hourly and domains twice a day.

How do heartbeat monitors work?

Each one gets a private address. Call it at the end of your cron job, backup or script; if it isn't called within the interval plus a grace period, we open an incident and alert you.

Can I make my status page private?

Yes, from the Scale plan you can password-protect it and add custom CSS. You can hide it from search engines on every plan, and hide “Powered by Serpfull” from Pro.

Do status page visitors get tracked?

No. Status pages set no tracking cookies and load fonts from our own servers, so visitors' details aren't shared with anyone else.
