What a single referral can earn.
In short
A customer on a £249 per month plan (excluding VAT) pays 12 invoices in their initial year. 15% of £249 is £37.35 a month, or £448.20 over 12 months. Refunds and discounts reduce the amount, and VAT is never included.

Commission is 15% of subscription payments collected from a referred customer, net of refunds, credits, discounts and taxes, for 12 months from that customer's initial paid invoice.

Attribution is last click: a referral is stored in a site cookie for 60 days and the most recent affiliate link clicked before sign-up gets the credit.
- 03
Commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission, including after payout.

Approved balances of £50 or more are paid monthly to a verified payout account. Smaller balances roll over.
- 05
Self-referrals do not qualify, including sign-ups from your own account, organisation, company email domain or payment details.

No bidding on Serpfull brand terms, misspellings or close variants in paid search, and no brand terms in ad copy or display URLs.

No spam, cookie stuffing, incentivised clicks, misleading claims or implying you are Serpfull. We may withhold commission earned in breach and close accounts.

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice; commission already earned is honoured.

How much do I earn?
15% of the subscription payments we collect from each customer you refer, for 12 months from their initial paid invoice. Amounts are net of refunds, discounts and VAT.
How long does the referral last?
Your referral is stored for 60 days after a visit. If the visitor clicks another affiliate's link afterwards, the most recent click gets the credit.
When do I get paid?
Commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then becomes approved. Approved balances of £50 or more are paid monthly to the account you set up in your dashboard.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
The matching share of commission is reversed. If it was already paid out, the reversal is deducted from your next payouts.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Sign-ups from your own account, organisation, company email domain or payment details don't earn commission.
Can I run paid search ads?
You may advertise, but you must not bid on Serpfull brand terms or misspellings of them, or use them in ad copy or display URLs.
Do I need to be a customer?
You need a free Serpfull account to join and see your dashboard. You don't need a paid plan.
