Promo codes
Use a promotion code when you choose or change a plan.
On the checkout or Change plan page, choose Have a promo code?, enter it and press Apply. If it's valid you'll see the discount, the new total and how long it lasts before you pay.
How long a discount lasts
- Once: the first invoice only (your first month, or first year on yearly billing).
- Repeating: a set number of months.
- Forever: as long as you keep the plan.
Why a code might not work
- It has expired or reached its redemption limit.
- It's for first-time customers and you've paid before.
- It needs a minimum order amount.
- It only applies to certain plans.
- It's tied to a different account.
If a code covers the whole amount due, there's nothing to pay today and your plan starts straight away. We may still ask for a card so the plan can renew when the discount ends. Codes are checked again when you pay, and you can remove a code before paying.
