No. The script is about 6 KB compressed, loads asynchronously, draws its own isolated layer on top of the page so nothing shifts, and makes no requests to anyone but us.
How do I hold back a script until consent?
Most common analytics and advertising scripts are held automatically. For anything else, change its type to text/plain and add data-category="analytics" (or preferences or marketing), and it runs once the visitor agrees.
Do my own analytics and recordings respect it?
Yes. When the banner is on a page, Serpfull Analytics and Recordings wait for consent to analytics before they start.
How many pages are scanned?
Pages per scan and scans per month depend on your website’s plan, as shown in the table on this page.
How long are consent records kept?
For a period set by your plan, as shown in the table on this page, along with the number of decisions logged each month. Above that the banner keeps working and choices are still counted, but individual records pause until next month.
Can I ask everyone again after changing my policy?
Yes. One click raises the policy version and every visitor sees the banner again on their next visit.
