The AI connector lets assistants that support custom connectors read Serpfull data and run checks while you chat. It's included on every plan; the setup steps for each assistant are in the AI connector documentation.
Permissions
- Read: data and insights for the linked websites. Always included.
- Run actions: start audits, rescans and link re-checks, add keywords or competitors, generate reports. Uses the plan's normal quotas.
- Change settings: create and remove uptime monitors and bot protection rules.
- Viewers can grant Read only; members up to Run actions; owners and admins all three.
Safety
- Each connection only sees the websites you ticked, and every tool checks the website belongs to it.
- Removing anything needs an explicit confirmation from the assistant.
- Access tokens last one hour; every request is logged in Settings → AI connections for 90 days.
- Recordings are summarised without personal data.
