What can a client see from a share link?
Only that report, under your branding. Nothing else in your account. Add a password and expiry, see how often it's been opened and revoke it at any time.
When do scheduled reports go out?
On the weekday or day of the month and the hour you pick, in UK time. Each recipient gets a link and, if you choose, the PDF attached. Every send is listed in the delivery log.
How many reports can I keep?
3 saved reports per website on Starter, 10 on Growth, 25 on Scale, 50 on Pro, 150 on Business and 500 on Enterprise, with 1, 3, 10, 25, 75 and 250 schedules.
Is the summary written by a person?
It's generated from your numbers using fixed rules: the biggest changes in visits, positions, audit score and click runs, in plain English. Add your own notes section alongside it.
